UK - All products will be dispatched using Royal mail first class delivery. Once dispatched Royal Mail aim to delivery on the next working day where possible. However this cannot be guaranteed, therefore please allow a minimum of 3-5 working days for your products to arrive.

Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Rest of world will be sent by Air Mail with a minimum delivery time of 4 to 6 days

We are not responsible for any items that are delivered late due to postal issues and strikes.

These prices are for items with a maximum weight limit to the parcel of 500g, anything heavier a price can be supplied on request. If unsure please call us or drop us an email.

Unwanted/damaged goods should be returned to us within 7 days of delivery. Item/s need to be in there original condition including the package they came in (item/s returned without original packaging will not be exchanged or refunded). You are responsible for the safe return of the package. Please follow and complete the instructions on this Returns Form

If you are not happy with the goods you receive, we will refund the cost of the goods. If your items are returned because they are simply unwanted you will be responsible for the return postage costs. We are able to exchange gifts but you will be responsible for any additional postage costs.

Once an item has been received a refund will be processed within 28 days providing goods meet our returns policy. Please print out, complete and send our returns form back with your item.
